The PCBs that pass the screening are then routed to ensure that they are the correct size. Once this process is completed, the PCBs are sent off to the edge beveling machine.
Here you can see the edge beveling machine in action. It cleans up the edges of the PCBs, checking the dimensions again and then smoothing the corners off. At this point the boards are ready to move on to the drilling stage.
The PCBs are brushed, drilled and then de-burred before rinsing. Here you can see the boards coming out of the massive rinsing machine, before being stacked ready for the next stage in the manufacturing process.
